Kelly Guerrero, Sales Agent and leader with The Dea Driffill Group at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®, has recently become the Secretary of The Board of Directors for The Park at Lincoln Heights, in San Antonio, Texas.
The Park at Lincoln Heights is a luxury community developed and nestled around the historic award-winning Quarry Golf Club with dramatic panoramic views. While the Quarry itself is 100 years old, The Park at Lincoln Heights community dates back to 1989 and has continued to develop over the years. This centrally located community is convenient to not only award-winning golf, but to top restaurants, shopping and easy access to highways, the San Antonio airport and downtown.
As the Secretary of The Board of Directors, Kelly will oversee administrative functions for the Board, which services 105 households in the community. Together, the committee insures the standards of the neighborhood and manages improvements in accordance with the community guidelines.
